Christy Wilson, RD teaches, writes and speaks about food. She is a Registered Dietitian who aims to educate the public how to to choose, prepare and eat foods that will improve and sustain a healthy body. As a mom and wife, her work is as important to her personally as it is professionally.
Christy graduated from the University of Arizona in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition Sciences and underwent a dietetic internship at the Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas. She is currently a Health Educator at the University of Arizona, as well as a Nutrition Consultant for the Employee Wellness Program at the El Rio Community Health Center.
